Our technical services supervising completion of our constructions have such experience and reliability in collecting the investment documentation that they can guarantee a fast and smooth decision about construction permit for use.
Considering a fact that in the first years of our activity we mainly performed complex renovation works of high standard objects, currently we use our past experiences in works completions, which allows us to perform the construction investments on the equally high standard.
In our activity we complete bespoke objects of our investors in a "Design and Build" system.
It ranges from our investor’s needs specification and a building lot purchase to obtaining a decision about permit for the object’s use.
