 By virtue of the contract with the investor a construction process was finished and a permit for the use of an office and service object for BTA Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw was granted.

A building consists of 3 three underground storeys, twelf ground storeys including one technical storey of about 14 thousand m2 of gross surface.
 
A completion of investment in Pleszew at Lipowa Street

 By virtue of the contract a construction process of a commercial object of 4100 m2 was completed.

On 12.11.2010 a permit for the object use was granted. The investor was Kaufland Markety Polska Sp. z o.o.
