On 12 November 2011 we concluded a contract for construction of a commercial office and services building with usable area of 6760 m² with K&M Delikatesy.

Project location: Warszawa-Wawer at ul. Patriotów 191/195.

It will be a building with 3 above-ground storeys and 1 underground storey.

Time for completion: 10 months
